The LMDC will consist of a leadership committee with two members from the Elementary, and two members from the MS/HS. The LMDC will serve as a parent advisory committee to school administration, as well as maintain club organization and schedules, proper channels of communication, and rules of order at monthly meetings.

The LMDC will also consist of 6 chairpersons, who will serve as direct points of contact between Our Lady of the Lakes and our parent community at large. Each chairperson will hold an office determined by OLL to be an area of need, and will be responsible for soliciting parent volunteers to support this area and fulfill the needs specified by the LMDC and OLL Administrative team.

Operations:
The Our Lady of the Lakes Moms and Dads Club exists for the expressed purpose of supporting Our Lady of the Lakes School, Faculty, Staff, and Clergy in fulfilling our expressed mission. The school administrative team or its proxy will be present for meetings, however the primary discussion will be driven by the reports and business generated by each chairperson. School admin will serve as a resource for the LMDC, engage in open discussions with the group, and provide direction as to the needs of Our Lady of the Lakes School that can be supported by the LMDC. Our greatest hope for this organization is to build upon the great foundation of relationships that exist here at Our Lady of the Lakes, and continue to connect a strong network of parent volunteers
