Johnny Nedwick’s buzzer-beater lifts Everest Collegiate to 50-48 win over WOLL

Under siege from an Our Lady of the Lakes 3-point shooting barrage in the first quarter, Everest trailed 17-4 in the early stages. A little progress to follow left the Mountaineers trailing 24-21 at halftime.

The Lakers continued to find shooting success from the perimeter all night long, as seniors Grant Ross (19 points) and Paddy Morgan (16 points) converted five 3-pointers apiece. Ross eclipsed the 1,000-point milestone for his varsity career Tuesday.
