By participating in the ministry of the Church, students discover the value of sharing their commitment with others. Students who complete a training process, serve as Eucharistic Minister. All students are invited to serve as Lectors and Altar Servers. By integrating Jesus’ desire to love one another through service, students may also be motivated to derive possible solutions to social justice issues through involvement in community service projects.
Students in grades 7 & 8 are required to complete 10 Christian service hours at each grade level. Grades 9-12 are required to complete 20 Christian service hours. This practical application of the faith is a graduation requirement.
