Deeply aware of the traditions of Catholic education, Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic School provides an educational experience grounded in Gospel values and academic excellence. Recognizing the unique gifts each student brings to our community, we commit ourselves to providing a Catholic environment that encourages academic, spiritual, and emotional growth. To achieve such growth, we believe that students should accept the challenge to develop their gifts to the best of their ability for the good of themselves and the community.
With over 60 years of history and tradition, Our Lady of the Lakes School extends beyond the doors of the school and spreads deep into our parish, our surrounding communities. There is an undeniable feeling of family within our student body. We’re certain that you’ll feel at home and quickly become part of what makes Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic School a truly special place to receive an education.
Our Lady of the Lakes is unique as it is home to one of only five kindergarten through 12th grade schools in the Archdiocese of Detroit and is the only co-ed school educating students, preschool through 12th grade, on one campus in Oakland County! Just think about it, your child could begin his or her academic career as a preschooler and graduate a Laker. Now that’s being a “Laker for Life!” The transitions from early childhood learning through elementary, middle, and on to high school are seamless and are an experience unmatched to any other.
